Our wholesale program allows businesses to purchase our gourmet chocolates, popcorn and other select items at a 33% discount off retail prices. By joining, you can sell our high-quality products in your store at competitive rates while enjoying exclusive benefits.

Applying is simple! You can contact our marketing team at marketing@bedfordcandies.com or fill out our online application for consideration. If approved, you will gain access to wholesale pricing and products.

We offer a wide range of our best-selling gourmet popcorn, chocolates, candies, fudge, and more. Our wholesale catalog showcases the items available, which you can review in your account after approval.

Special requests for items not listed in our catalog can sometimes be accommodated. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.

Pickup: Arrangements can be made to pick up items at our Osterburg factory or either the Bedford of Altoona stores.
Shipping: We are happy to ship your items to you. Standard shipping rates apply. Do to the fragile nature of many of our chocolate items, warm weather (above 80 degrees) requires an extra fee for thermal insulation.
Delivery: We offer delivery in the Bedford, Altoona, and Cumberland areas to wholesale customers meeting minimum purchase requirement of $150. Large orders may be considered for delivery to other areas on a case by case basis.

All wholesale orders require payment at the time of ordering, either through credit card or pre-approved payment methods. Unfortunately, we do not offer net terms or extended payment options at this time.

We request wholesale orders to be $150 or more. Smaller orders may be considered on a case by case basic. We are happy to discuss special arrangements for larger bulk orders.
