Terms & Conditions

1. Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale retailers will be granted access to a selection of Bedford Candies products at varying discounted rates. Each item is priced individually, with no standard percentage off across all products, allowing retailers to sell at our suggested retail prices or set their own pricing as they see fit.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

  • A case minimum per item is required to place a wholesale order. This is to ensure the wholesale program is used for business purposes and not for personal shopping.

3. Order Placement

  • We request that wholesale orders be placed through the wholesale website at wholesale.bedfordcandies.com.   
    • Contact marketing@bedfordcandies.com with any website or ordering issues.  
  • Wholesale discounts are not available for in-person shopping at our retail locations.
  • Seasonal and holiday products are available for a limited time only and in limited quantities. 

4. Shipping & Pickup Options

  • Wholesale orders can either be shipped or picked up at one of our store locations in Bedford, Altoona, or Osterburg, PA.

  • Delivery is available only within a 60-mile radius of our Osterburg location, unless prior approval is granted by management

  • Delivery Over 60 Miles is available for orders over $1000 or with prior approval from management.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total order.

5. Order Turnaround

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided, but Bedford Candies is not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order via electronic invoice unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with management.
  • Wholesale prices do not include shipping and handling fees. If applicable, these fees must be paid by the buyer.

7. Price Changes

  • Wholesale prices are subject to change at any time.

8. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery for replacement item/items.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for overstock or buyer's remorse.
  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Bedford Candies of any discrepancies, shortages, or damages within 5 days of delivery.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon shipment from Bedford Candies.

10. Special Offers & Discounts

  • Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with in-store specials, online promotions, or reward points.

11. Wholesale Application & Account

  • All wholesale accounts are subject to approval, and Bedford Candies reserves the right to refuse or terminate wholesale applications/accounts at our discretion.
